COMPLEX MIGRAIN



Migraine - It 's a disease that includes not only the head pain, autonomic symptoms and emotional-affective: it presents with attacks that can range from sporadic frequencies (one month) to higher frequencies (1-2 attacks per week) In the majority of migraine pain is often button, synchronous with the pulse and can change of venue, there is often nausea and vomiting, photophobia and phonophobia, aggravation with physical activity. The complex migraine or migraine with aura is preceded by a set of specific symptoms called aura, which is commonly manifested by visual disturbances (scintillating scotoma positive, C-shaped), sensory (paresthesias) or speech (dysphagia, dysarthria, paraphasia) headache occurs after the disappearance of the aura. The common migraine or migraine without aura, in contrast, does not have this feature. The other two types of migraine headaches are vascular headaches and cluster.

Migraine also exposes the risk of stroke, cardiovascular disease in general, diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol. The experiment examined a sample of 6,120 migraine sufferers and 5,243 healthy people. The result of the study revealed that subjects suffering from migraine were twice as likely to have suffered a heart attack (4.1%) than those who did not suffer from migraine (1.9%). Overall, then, who suffers from migraine with aura can be seen triple the risk.
